Crossfire Steak and Chicken seasoning has a perfect combination of herbs and spices that compliment the best cut of meat. We handcrafted this blend of my ingredients.
When grilling steak, rub the meat with a little Beef & Bird before cooking. During the cooking process, a slight charring will develop on the outer layer of the steak, sealing in the moister and flavor. Use Beef & Bird to create this great taste even when you can’t barbecue. You can gain the same results by brushing the steak with olive oil, dusting it with Beef & Bird and pan-frying on high heat in a cast iron skillet. Also great to add color and flavor to chicken or pork!
